A delivery-based business was managing every order step manually, confirming orders by hand, calling riders one by one, and following up with customers individually for delivery updates. It worked, but it didn't scale, and customers were left guessing about where their order was.
I built an end-to-end automation that takes over the entire order journey on WhatsApp, from the moment an order comes in to the moment it's confirmed delivered, with no manual coordination required.
An order comes in and is automatically logged and confirmed back to the customer over WhatsApp.
The system assigns the order to an available rider automatically, based on set rules.
The customer receives real-time status updates at every stage, processing, out for delivery, arriving.
On delivery, the system collects confirmation and feedback directly from the customer.
If a delivery fails, it's automatically flagged and rescheduled, nothing falls through the cracks.
Order coordination that used to take hours of manual calls and follow-ups now runs entirely on autopilot, with customers staying informed at every step.
